At about 8:30 a.m. today, a fire broke out again during the rubble removal of the destroyed high-rise building in the town of Uman, Cherkasy Oblast, rescuers told Suspilne. According to the rescuers, the fire was caused by the wind. Specialists are working in an emergency mode.
