2. It qualifies immediately that this number includes only 3404 civilians. The rest are pro-Russia separatist armed forces 6500 and 4400 Ukrainian armed forces. So, it is not 14K, but 3,4K civilians. But these are a lot of deaths and so not enough to refute the argument. 2/
