The mayor of Odesa #Trukhanov was taken into custody, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office said. In 2016, #Odesa City Council purchased the building of the bankrupt Kraian plant at an inflated price and tried to withdraw the difference through a shell company.
