The Wagner PMC financier, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said he was preparing to hand over his positions in Bakhmut to the forces of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, Prigozhin's press service reports. The owner of the Wagner PMC thanked Kadyrov for agreeing to send his forces to Bakhmut.
