As of 10:35 p.m., a Russian Tu-22m3 is maneuvering along the eastern border. They are hypersonic missile carriers, so an air threat has been declared. There is no official confirmation that the TU-95 took off from 'Olenya'. A TU-95 takeoff from 'Engels' is also possible.
