An explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk. Igor Kornet, the so-called acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the temporarily occupied parts of Luhansk Oblast, was reportedly killed in the blast, according to Russian propaganda outlets RIA Novosti and TASS.
