The U.S. Department of Defense announced that the Patriot air defense system in Ukraine, which had been damaged by Russian missile strikes, has already been repaired and is now fully operational, a Pentagon spokeswoman said at a briefing, according to Voice of America journalist Ostap Yarysh.
