U.S. Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall stated that the transfer of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine will not significantly alter the situation in the Russo-Ukrainian war in the short term, though it is important for the medium term. It would take at least a few months to deliver the F-16s to Ukraine.
