Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko responded to a petition that proposes to rename one of Kyiv's streets in honor of the fallen Hero of Ukraine and commander of the Da Vinci Wolves special forces Dmytro Kotsiubaylo. The official promises to put this issue to an electronic vote.
