Russian occupiers detonated a road in Chernihiv Oblast at the junction of the borders of Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, according to the State Border Guard Service. The reason for this act was their desire to avoid capture. However, 'this is unlikely to help them,' the SBGS stated.
