Canada is handing over the confiscated Russian An-124 "Ruslan" aircraft to Ukraine, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said. The plane will be handed over as part of a new package of military aid. Also, 10,000 artillery shells and 76 Roshel Senator armored cars.
