An increased explosive hazard is reported in Ukraine following the destruction of the Kakhovka dam by Russian forces, as enemy ammunition depots on the east bank of Kherson Oblast have been washed away, according to Natalia Humeniuk, a spokeswoman for Ukraine’s Southern Defense Forces.
