Russian forces shell residential areas in Kherson city, southern Ukraine, according to the Prosecutor's Office of Kherson Oblast Two volunteers who helped civilians evacuate from the flooded areas were injured. One of them is a foreign citizen, the Prosecutor's Office reported.
