In occupied Simferopol, a car carrying "the assistant to deputy PM of Zaporizhzhya Oblast" Vladimir Epifanov exploded, reported Russian Telegram channels Astra, Baza, and Shot. Three people were injured and taken to Simferopol city hospital with burns of varying degrees.
