Russian occupation forces are actively conducting attacks on the Lyman and Kupyansk axes, attempting to seize the initiative from Ukrainian Defense Forces, stated Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar. She noted that the enemy has reinforced its forces in these areas.
