The Russian occupation forces shelled Kherson, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. 2 people were wounded in their own yard – an 86-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man. They are in serious condition. Doctors are fighting for their lives.
