Earlier, Ukraine's Ombudsman said that evacuation headquarters had been set up in the oblasts surrounding the plant, located in Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In case of a radiological incident, Ukraine plans to evacuate residents who live within a 30-50 kilometer radius.
