Radakin rose to the top amid talk of Global Britain and a tilt to the Pacific. Sanders is leading the Army (the smallest in 300 years) with a shooting war in Europe, and tanks, IFVs and CVRTs that are 30-60yrs old. They see the world a bit differently. (5/10)
