A two-day poll, carried out by Reuters/Ipsos this last Tuesday, found 65% of respondents backed arming Ukraine. Among Republicans this number is 56%. The overall support increased compared with 46% in a May poll. Presumably, the weakness in Russia and the mutiny matters. 8/
