The Ukrainian defense forces continue to advance on the flanks around Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast, and Ukrainian sniper groups and "some other" units are operating in the city itself, reported the spokesman for the Eastern group of troops, Serhiy Cherevatyi, during the telethon.
