Ukraine has begun constructing a 150 km water pipeline to restore water supply to the country's south following Russia's destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP), Ukraine’s Minister of Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov, reported. The pipeline will restore water supply to over 1 million people.
