Ukrainian soldiers Denys Prokopenko, Svyatoslav Palamar, Serhiy Volynsky, Oleh Khomenko, and Denys Shleha, part of the Azovstal garrison and freed as part of a high-level prisoner exchange in September 2022, are returning to Ukraine from Turkey, Zelensky confirms.
