The death toll from the Russian attack on Lyman in Donetsk Oblast on July 8 has increased. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported 8 dead and 13 wounded. Later, the head of the regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote that 9 people were killed.
