Russia just blew up the one safe(ish) place in Orikhiv, Ukraine with a guided aerial bomb: a civilian shelter & humanitarian hub. I was here not long ago—most residents go there to get a meal, wash clothes & collect other aid including pet food we bring. Pure terrorism & murder.
