Russia pulled out of the grain deal and put millions in the world at risk of starvation.
Then Russia made sure the Ukrainian grain couldn't go anywhere with or without the grain deal – by bombing the ports of Odessa, Chornomorsk in the Black Sea and now Reni on the Danube Rriver.
