Ukraine announced that its naval forces will target six enemy ports in the Black Sea—Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi, and Taman. This is effectively a warning to sink any enemy vessels in these locations, including oil tankers and grain ships.
