In the Black Sea. The specified routes will primarily be used to enable the exit of civilian vessels that have been in Ukrainian ports of Chornomorsk, Odesa and Pivdennyi since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion on 24 February 2022. Vessels will be admitted to pass through the routes.
