This morning at 5:10 a.m., Russia shelled the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi in the Kupyansk district of Kharkiv Oblast, according to regional governor Oleg Synegubov. The attack damaged a residential building, killing a 73-year-old woman. Emergency services are currently at the scene.
