A Russian missile struck the theatre in Chernihiv, Ukraine, one of Europe's oldest cities. 7 dead, 129 injured including 7 children. An exhibition of Ukrainian-made drones was taking place there, but this in no way excuses the strike on civilians. A new war crime @DeskRussie
