This afternoon at about 3:30 PM, Russians dropped two explosive devices from a drone on a man walking down the street of Novoberyslav, Kherson Oblast, reported regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin. He added that the 33-year-old local resident died on the spot from his injuries.
