According to ASTRA, two marines from the 810th Guards Naval Infantry Brigade, Zakhar Blokhin and "R.K.," were "placed in the punishment cell of the military commissariat in occupied Tokmak." Both had requested medical assistance and stated they could no longer continue fighting.
