Il-76 planes at the airfield in Pskov were struck from Russian territory, according to Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense. Two were completely destroyed, and two were seriously damaged. Fuel is stored at the top of the aircraft.
