The head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, has submitted his resignation letter to the Ukrainian parliament, announced the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk. Instead, Umerov is expected to take the post of Minister of Defense.
