Russia destroyed the Luhansk plant 'Aeromekh' twice. The first time it was captured in 2014. The owners moved to Kreminna and started from scratch there. In 2022, Russia reached there and destroyed the plant a second time. Now the owners have moved to Cherkasy region. They started again from scratch.
