Governor: 1 killed, 15 injured in Russian attack on Kremenchuk. As of around 7 p.m. local time, one person is confirmed dead in Russia’s Sept. 22 missile strike against Poltava Oblast’s Kremenchuk, the regional governor reported. Fifteen more people are known to have been injured.
