The Russian Defense Ministry reported that a Ukrainian missile strike on Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea damaged the building of Russia's Black Sea Fleet headquarters. The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces hasn't yet commented on the attack.
