Sources report via LIGA.net that the Ukrainian GUR (Main Intelligence Directorate) claimed a direct hit on the Russian Interior Ministry building in Kursk. Yesterday, residents of Kursk were supposed to celebrate City Day, but instead, an attack targeted the FSB.
