Russia Begins Construction of Ambitious Railroad Bypassing Vulnerable Crimea Bridge
The Kremlin wants to link its railroad network with occupied east Ukraine. The line would dramatically improve Russian army logistics but it would be built in the range of Kyiv missiles.
