Kharkiv investigators have launched a criminal proceeding regarding threats to law enforcement officers at a checkpoint. The 'Kraken' unit has its own version of events. A investigative-operational group went to the scene and documented the crime. On the same day, investigators entered the information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations based on this fact.
