The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has announced the convening of an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Kyiv. Ukraine's FM @DmytroKuleba said he was pleased to welcome his EU colleagues "to a historic meeting in Ukraine."
