Serbia has refused to extradite Andrii Naumov, the former head of the SSU's Main Department of Internal Security, to Ukraine, according to Radio Liberty's Balkan Service. Ukrainian investigative journalists report that Naumov fled abroad just hours before Russia's full-scale invasion.
