In Ukraine, another Russian conscript, Ivan Frolov from the Novosibirsk region, died. He was hit by shelling at the border of Crimea and Kherson. Previously, Putin promised not to send conscripts to combat zones, but as usual he lied. Apparently to patch up more holes.
