Military reports indicate that Russian attacks have intensified along the Kupiansk-Lyman axis. According to Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander of Ukraine's Land Forces, Russian forces have significantly increased their assaults near Makiivka in the Lyman direction and towards Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, as reported on Oct. 14.
