On the night of October 29, a fire broke out at the Afip oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. It was likely caused by a drone strike. Russia also reported a large-scale drone attack on facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea, according to Radio Liberty's Russian service.
