81% of Ukrainians prefer elections after war, KIIS poll finds

81% of Ukrainians believe that elections should be held after the war, according to a survey conducted from September 30 to October 13 by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS). Meanwhile, 16% believe that elections should take place despite the ongoing war.
