@ZelenskyyUa decided to dismiss Special Operations Forces Commander Viktor Khorenko from his post and replace him with Colonel Serhii Lupanchuk. According to the president, Lupanchuk is a 'competent commander' who can 'bring greater strength' to the Ukrainian Army.
