Zakarpattia Oblast announced that starting November 6, a three-day mourning period will be observed for the fallen Ukrainian soldiers of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade, killed in a Russian Iskander missile strike on Friday, according to regional governor Viktor Mykyta.
