Two Russian soldiers, aged 21-year-old Anton Sopov and 28-year-old Stanislav Rau, both from Russia's Primorsky Krai in the Far East, have been arrested for the massacre of a Ukrainian family of nine. Their relatives have expressed shock at the alleged crimes.
