The Intelligence Subversion Group of the Russian Volunteer Corps, fighting alongside Ukraine, successfully ambushed a UAZ 'Patriot' in the Bryansk region, resulting in the elimination of Russian FSB Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Shaty. He died on the spot, Russian media reported.
