Ukrainian Storm Shadow cruise missiles inflicted catastrophic damage on two vessels—the landing ship Minsk and the Kilo-class submarine Rostov-na-Donu—both docked and undergoing repairs in Sevastopol. It appears many crew members were aboard at the time of the attack.
